You will receive the Teak Protector in either a 1 liter or 3 liter bottle, along with an applicator cloth.

Why do you need Teak Protector?

A special composition allows for the protection and preservation of the natural base color for a long time:

Works more than 4 times longer than teak oil
Works more than 2 times longer than teak sealer

However, there are other reasons why we consider our Protector to be better than the products mentioned above:

1. It is environmentally friendly due to its 100% water solubility
2. Teak wood does not become as dark or reddish over time as with conventional products
3. It is very easy and quick to apply
4. It is neither oily nor greasy, thus no lasting problems with textiles
5. The wood completely absorbs the care product, no wiping is necessary
6. No mold growth and prevents black spots in teak
7. Unlike other products, it is not flammable

How to use Teak Protector?

1. When using Teak Protector, wear eye protection and rubber gloves. Also, cover the floor of your work area beforehand.
2. Grayed teak wood must first be cleaned with Teak Cleaner.
3. If the cleaned wood feels rough, lightly sand it before treating it with Teak Protector. The wood must be absolutely dry and dust-free.
4. New teak wood: Let it stand outdoors for one week before treatment.
5. Stir and shake Teak Protector for at least one minute before application. If the product is not shaken enough, this can lead to uneven discoloration.
6. We recommend trying Teak Protector first on a small, inconspicuous area (e.g., on the back of a table or chair leg) and then checking if you like the color.
7. Apply a very thin, even layer of Teak Protector with a dust-free cloth. After a drying time of approximately 30 minutes, apply a second very thin layer.
8. It is recommended to treat your teak furniture with Teak Protector at least once a year.
