Teak Care 3-in-1 Set

Why do you need the Teak Care 3-in-1 Set?

This practical beginner's complete set contains everything you need to make your teak furniture look like new again. After treatment with Teak Cleaner and Teak Protector, your teak furniture will regain its warm honey-brown color, just like on the first day.

How do I use the Teak Care 3-in-1 Set?

1. Teak Cleaner
  1. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves when using Teak Cleaner. Also, cover the floor of your work area beforehand.
  2. Moisten the piece of furniture with water.
  3. Shake Teak Cleaner before use.
  4. Apply Teak Cleaner with a cloth or sponge and let it absorb for 3 minutes.
  5. Brush the furniture with a scouring pad in the direction of the grain.
  6. Rinse the piece of furniture thoroughly with water.
  7. To preserve the furniture color for as long as possible, let the piece of furniture dry and treat it with Teak Protector.
2. Teak Protector
  1. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves when using Teak Protector. Also, cover the floor of your work area beforehand.
  2. Teak wood that has turned grey must first be cleaned with teak cleaner.
  3. If the cleaned wood feels rough, sand it lightly before treating it with Teak Protector. The wood must be completely dry and dust-free.
  4. New teak wood: Leave it outdoors for one week before treatment.
  5. Stir and shake Teak Protector well for at least one minute before use. Failure to shake the product sufficiently may result in uneven discoloration.
  6. We recommend that you first try Teak Protector on a small, inconspicuous area (e.g. on the back of a table or chair leg) and then check whether you like the color.
  7. Apply a very thin layer of Teak Protector evenly using a dust-free cloth. After a drying time of approximately 30 minutes, apply a second very thin layer.
  8. It is recommended to treat your teak furniture with Teak Protector at least once a year.
