When you first see the Rivera stacking chair with its elegant shape and airy, transparent fabric covering, you'll hardly believe that this attractive chair is just as weatherproof as our other furniture. But your surprise will be even greater when you sit down in this beautiful chair for the first time: because the tightly stretched fabric adapts precisely to your body shape, the Rivera stacking chair offers high seating comfort while being astonishingly light. Thanks to its above-average seat depth of 49cm, even tall people have plenty of thigh support and therefore sit very comfortably. Despite the solid frame construction made of plantation teak wood, this chair weighs just 7.5kg. This makes it literally easy to stack the chairs. You can store up to 6 of them in less than one square meter. Of course, all materials used for this chair are weatherproof:

Plantation teak wood for the frame, stainless steel for screws and fittings, and aluminum for attaching the coverings - everything is designed to give you years of pleasure.

The weather-resistant and extremely durable plantation teak and the stainless steel used guarantee long-lasting stability. Despite the size of the chair, the Batyline^® synthetic fabric ensures astonishing lightness. The chair actually weighs only 7.5kg, making it by far our lightest stacking chair.

All-weather suitability

Only Batyline^® is used for the fabric covering of the Rivera collection. This is a breathable, hard-wearing and easy-care fiber produced according to the exclusive Ferrari^® Précontraint^® technology. Due to its open-pore structure, the fabric dries very quickly. The fabric can be left outdoors without the risk of mold growth. Dirt can be easily removed with soapy water or our Batyline^® Cleaner. Long-lasting UV resistance is just as characteristic of this fabric as its lightfastness.

All other materials used are - as with all our furniture - naturally weather-resistant:

the best quality plantation teak, the stainless steel of the fittings and braces, and the aluminum strips for tensioning and holding the fabric.
